WIRED 99.9FM is a college radio station based in Limerick and the mid-west region. The station has an active policy of facilitating access, communication and participation for all third-level students in the region. Broadcasting a broad range of topics of discussion, as well as a variety of different genres of music, and a focus on alternative music, while always retaining an emphasis on local and unsigned talent.
