What is the Schumann Resonance frequency? It is the extremely low 7.83 hertz electromagnetic tone frequency generated between the earth and the ionosphere. It just so happens, the Schumann resonance is also associated with the relaxing alpha and theta brain wave states. These frequencies are important for increasing levels of cerebral blood flow, increased HGH (human growth hormone) and other benefits. Also worth noting, the frequency has been associated with higher levels of hypnotizability, suggestibility, meditation, and therefore restoration of mind and body.
