Radio Maria Lesotho

The Catholic Radio Station known was established by decree of the Lesotho Catholic Bishops’ Conference. The station was launched in October 1999 and broadcasts on 103.3 FM only in Maseru, the capital city between 05:00 hrs and 24:00 hours daily. The station was never given a name so people called Catholic Radio in short CR. It was later given a name and it was called Radio Spes Nostra meaning our “Our Hope”. We know the role of Mary in the history of salvation so to name of this radio station “Spes Nostra” meant Mary is “Our Hope”
